About THE DEEPER I

I was born in Lebanon, grew up in France and have been living in London since 1998. i am a mother of 4 children and passionate about welfare and well-being, as well as personal growth and a spiritual way of living.

I have studied Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy and the three principles by Sydney Banks.

For years I have worked on my self development, practising with leading spiritual teachers and have learnt so much about a deeper side of me, which allowed me to embrace my self as a whole, authentically and i started living in alignment with my true calling.

Through this process i have met incredible people who were struggling with some past traumas and sometime more serious mental health issues but didnt always have enough financial abilities to seek for necessary help, so this has inspired me to create this platform in order to share all the precious and valuable life lessons i was so lucky to learn .

I founded THE DEEPER I in 2022 and hope to help many that have chosen the path of awakening, awareness, self-consciousness and spiritual evolution.

I believe that we all have a deeper knowing, a wisdom inside of us that we are born with . when we rediscover this gift it is easier to keep calm, grounded and able to better manage any difficult experience that life throws at us. I have been hugely priviledged in my life, but like everyone, I have also had extremely heartbreaking and difficult traumas to overcome. Through the process of this work, I have learnt ways to reconnect with my deeper self ( my depper I) and found myself getting through obstacles without being paralised by fear and anxiety so i stopped suppressing and ignoring them as when we do , they sadly dont just dissapear then only grow bigger and get even harder to deal with.

I believe that the purpose of life is not to find a way to stop awful things happening to us, but to understand that all experiences in our lives are part of the universal lived experience, the good and the bad ones and This has been a great gift to me.

THE DEEPER I is committed to reaching individuals and communities, from all walks of life to develop a strong sense of self confidence and self acceptance. We are all living the human experience and while it is impossbile to be happy all the time, through learning self love it is possible to live inspired, Magical moments and fulfilled lives.

THE DEEPER I is a platform that offers motivating talks, stories, podcasts, and recommendations, all shared in the hope of encouraging and enabling personal and spiritual growth. THE DEEPER I's aim is also to raise consciousness, help you learn more about yourself and access contentment within, rather than continuously seeking it from the outside world.

It involves useful lessons , enlightening remembrance from amazing spiritual teachers that I, Lara Fares, have met over the last 10 years; each have helped me broaden my mind, open my heart, and live a more authentic life, and I hope their teachings will encourage and allow you to do the same, if that resonates with you.

I believe these resources that I have been lucky enough to be exposed to, should be accessible to absolutely everyone.

THE DEEPER I will organize events and record podcasts with thought leaders and pioneers from diverse fields to engage in expansive debate, insight, and learning. These include, but are not limited to – psychology, philosophy, spirituality, quantum physics, intuitive therapies, life coaching, natural medicines and nutrition. (
